We start by working closely with you to determine what you hope for the space, including the mood, the colour and material palette, and the overall style. Once we determine what your needs and wants are for the space, we develop all areas of the design. Parks Interiors works collaboratively with contractors and other professionals throughout the project.

This service focuses on one room or space in your home. You will have one initial 30-minute virtual meeting with Parks Interiors to discuss your space, including your needs for it, and the look and feel you hope to achieve. Parks Interiors will then create a design that you can implement yourself. You will have a final 30-minute virtual meeting to review this plan. There is one round of revisions available to the design plan, to ensure we get everything just right.

Your design plan includes a:

• Concept Board

• Layout Plan

• Detailed list of furniture, lighting, materials, fixtures, and/ or decor items, that you can purchase yourself.

For millwork or detailed elements requiring on site measurements, Parks Interiors can provide suggestions for the overall look. For materials or finishes not available online, Parks Interiors can also provide suggestions, which can then be sourced by you locally.
