my favourite online decor sources

Whether it’s a curated collection or something you recently purchased on a whim, decor is the finishing touch that shouldn’t be overlooked in any space. That being said, not all decor is created equal. Don’t be afraid to be choosy. In an effort to fill a space, I’ve made far too many purchases that I didn’t truly love. Over time, many items found their way to the donation pile. The curated approach is definitely my favourite, but if you can’t spend months or even years, slowly adding decor to your home, there are a few great online stores you can turn to.

H&M Home

For something inexpensive and beautiful, this is my go-to. H&M Home has really stepped up their game, with lighting and furniture added to their assortment. Their decor has always been fun, but I’m seeing a more elevated pieces with a sophisticated feel.

ZARA Home

They have an ever changing assortment of interesting and unique pieces that would well in any design style. Whether your home is modern, rustic, traditional, or a bit of everything, you can find the perfect piece for any space. For decor items that are new, yet feel curated, this is my go-to.

JUNE Home Supply

When I’m wanting something really special, I go to June Home Supply. They have a beautiful collection of home items, for the kitchen, living room, and bath, that have an heirloom feel. If you want something timeless, June Home Supply is the place to go.

Etsy

With Etsy, I think it’s all about finding the right shops. Once you find a shop you love, save it as a favourite. I tend to go back to those I’ve purchased from before and those I know carry pieces I’m drawn to. What I love about Etsy is the variety of items you can find - new, vintage, antique, handmade, etc.
